【摘要】 目的:对比 MEBO 与红霉素眼膏治疗 CO₂激光创面的疗效。方法:自2005年1月～2007年7月治疗的260例 CO₂激光灼除皮肤和粘膜疣及赘生物后的创面,随机分为 MEBO 外涂治疗组和红霉素眼膏外涂治疗组,以及同体 ME- BO 组和红霉素眼膏组。做对照观察,比较其疗效。结果:发现 MEBO 组的治疗效果在创面愈合时间及愈后创面色素改变和瘢痕的发生率等方面均优于红霉素眼膏组。结论:MEBO 治疗 CO₂激光创面的疗效优于红霉素眼膏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TO compare the efficacy of MEBO and Erythromycin eye ointment in treating the CO2 Laser wound.Method:The 260 cases of the CO₂ Laser wound were in our Derpt.during the period from January 2005 to July 2007.This patients were divided in random into MEBO group cases and Erythromycin eye ointment group ca- ses.And sametion cases were made the consubstantiality comparison group observing the efficacy.Result:the MEBO was superior to Erythromycin eye ointment in terms of promo- ting wound healing,reducing skin pigment change change and scar formation.Conclu- sion:For treating the CO₂ Laser wound MEBO is superior to Erythromycin eye ointment.更多还原
