【摘要】 目的:评价美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)再生疗法治疗大面积烧伤与传统磺胺嘧啶银治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析1999年1月至2007年6月我院共收治大面积烧伤(面积≥30%TBSA)患者86例;比较休克期补液、休克发生、创面愈合时间、感染发生、创面手术植皮及伤后瘢痕发生情况。结果:应用美宝湿润烧伤膏再生疗法治疗大面积烧伤在提高创面愈合速度和质量、维持内环境稳定、促进大面积烧伤的康复方面较之传统疗法具有统计学意义。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏再生疗法治疗大面积烧伤优于传统疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect between moist exposed burn ointment (MEBO)regenerative therapy(RT)with sulfadiazine-silver(SD-Ag)cream anti- inflammatory therapy(AIT)for big area burn Methods:Clinical materials of 42 cases suffering from big area burn 1999.1 to 2007.6 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the experimental group patients during the shock period required much less fluid infusion than control;with less shock occurrence rate than control but the difference was not statis- tically significant.In the experiment group the healing time,infecion rate,skin graft ca- ses and scar formation were obviously better than in control.Conclusion:In the treat- ment of big area burn the therapeutic effect of MEBO-RT was better than that of SD-Ag AIT.更多还原
