【摘要】 目的研究调中颗粒对混合反流性食管炎大鼠食管黏膜血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P 物质(SP)的水平的影响。方法将大鼠随机分成五组(调中颗粒组、半夏泻心汤组、西沙必利组、空白模型组、正常对照组),用食管十二指肠端侧吻合术法制备混合反流性食管炎大鼠模型,于给药12d 后处死大鼠,用免疫组织化学技术检测大鼠食管黏膜 VIP、SP 的水平。结果与模型组比较,调中颗粒组、半夏泻心汤组、西沙必利组 VIP 表达明显增强,而 SP 表达减弱；与半夏泻心汤组、西沙必利组相比,调中颗粒组无明显差异(P＞0．05)。结论调中颗粒可能通过使 SP 表达增强,VIP 表达减少调节胃肠运动,从而抑制胃肠内容物的反流和反流性食管炎的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of the the Tiaozhong granule (调中颗粒) on the vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and substance P (SP) of rats with mixed reflux esophagitis. Method The rats were randomly divided into five groups:the model group、the normal group、 the Tiaozhong granule group、the BanXiaXieXin decoction group and cisapride group。Then Anastomose esophagoduodenstom were used to make the rat model of Mixed reflux esophagitis。The content of SP and VIP in the esophagus tissue were detected after 12 days by immunohistochemical technique。Result Compared with the model group,the content of VIP in the rats of the Tiaozhong granule group、the BanXiaXieXin decoction group and cisapride group were increased significantly,and the content of SP decreased after treatment。The differences between the treatment groups were not notable (P＞0.05)。Conelnsion the Tiaozhong granule can treat mixed reflux esophagitis through decreasing the content of VIP and increasing SP in the esophagus tissue.更多还原
