开窗减压术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症例及其围手术期的处理

【摘要】 目的探讨老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点和开窗减压手术的疗效以及围手术其的处理。方法回顾性分析2000～2006年来经过手术治疗的35例老年性腰椎间盘突出症患者的资料。结果随访1-6年,按 Nakai 标准,优良率88．6%,其中,优21例,良10例,可3例,差1例,结论老年腰椎间盘突出症,由于其自身的特点,手术治疗在考虑腰椎后部稳定性的同时,必需保证充分减压,才能获得满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics、the effect and perioperative management of fenestration of senile patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical data of 35 crises of senile lumbar disc herniation from 2000 to 2006 were reviewed retrospectively.Results:35 patients had been followed for 1 to 6 years,According to the Nakai scale,Excelent and good resets were 31cases(88.6%). Conclusions:There was autospecific characteristics in the senile patients with lumbar disc herniation, as preserving the integrity of the posterior lumbar structures,Sufficient decompression is needing to get good results.更多还原
