中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨爱若华和复痹汤联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及其安全性。方法将104 例类风湿性关节炎(RA)分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(爱若华和复痹汤)54例,对照组(爱若华)50例, 各自接受相应药物治疗6个月。观察治疗前后临床症状、实验室指标变化不良反应。结果临床症状、实验室指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0．05或0．01),治疗组优于对照组(P＜0．05或0．01)；治疗组有不良反应发生率为3．7％,对照组不良反应发生率为20％,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。治疗组的不良反应表现为头晕、皮疹,其程度为轻度：对照组的不良反应主要表现为白细胞下降、转氨酶升高等,其程度为轻度。结论爱若华和复痹汤联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效显著优于单独使用爱若华,且具有毒副作用小的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To investigate the efficacy and side-effect of combined Arava and Fubi Decoction in treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).METHODS 104 patients with RA were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=54)were treated with combined Arava and Kangbi Decoction for 6 months,while the control group(n=50)were treated with Arava alone for the same time frame.In the two groups,Arava was taken orally at the dose of 20mg/d.The efficacy and side-effect were evaluated at the end of the treatment.RESULTS The clinical and experimental improvements in the group treated with Arava plus Kangbi Decoction were significantly greater than the control group(P＜0.05 or 0.01);There was significant difference(3.7% vs 20%)in occurrence rate of side effects between the two groups(P＜0.05). Side effects included mild dizziness,skin rash in the treatment group and leukopenia and raised aminotransferase.CONCLUSION The effect of combined Arava and Kangbi Decoction therapy in patients with RA was much better than Arava alone and the treatment group had a lower rate of side effects.The combined Arava and Kangbi Decoction therapy is effective and safe.更多还原
