【摘要】 目的:观察乙肝Ⅱ号治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:采用乙肝Ⅱ号治疗慢性乙型肝炎180例,并与a干扰素对照组100例作对照。结果:乙肝Ⅱ号治疗组治疗后症状积分及血清ALT、AST、TBIL均有显著改善(P<0．05),HBeAg阴转率达41.7％,HBV-DNA阴转率达35％,均优于对照组 (P<0．05)。结论:乙肝Ⅱ号对慢性乙型肝炎患者有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of chronic virus hepatitis B with Hepatitis B Mixture No. 2 (HBM Ⅱ), and explore its mechanism. Methods: 180 cases of chronic virus hepatitis B were treated with HBM Ⅱ compared with 100 cases of the sort treated with IFN-a. Results: HBM Ⅱ can improve the clinical syndromes of patients and decrease significantly serum ALT, AST and TBIL (P<0.05). The conversion rate of HBeAg positive and HBV-DNA positive was 41.7% and 35% respectively. Compared to the control group, the differentiation had remarkable significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: HBM Ⅱ is of great significance in treating patients with chronic virus hepatitis B.更多还原
