【摘要】 目的:探讨灯盏细辛注射液配合神灯(TDP)治疗膝骨关节炎疗效及可能的作用机理。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和二个对照组,每组40人。治疗组用灯盏细辛注射液灌洗、腔内注射和神灯照射,对照组1口服壮骨关节丸和对照组2西药配制液(维生素C2g、地塞米松 20mg和50％葡萄糖60ml等组成)灌洗。观察疼痛,肿胀,蹲起,关节活动,行走情况,并至少随访6周。结果:治疗组优良率80％,对照组1、对照组2优良率分别为42．5％和55％。治疗组与对照组优良率有显著差异(P<0．05)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液灌洗配合神灯治疗膝骨关节炎能改善膝关节症状,延缓骨关节炎的发展,是较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Erigeron injection plus TDP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups, the treated group(n=40)and two control groups (n=40 ,respectively) ,The treated group were cured with Erigeron injection and TDP , one control group were given Zhuanggu Guanjie pill(ZGP), another group were irrigated with a kind of medication ,which is composed of Vitam-C2g) dexamethasone sodium phosphzte 20mg~50mg slucose 60ml etc The degrees of pain, swelling , activity ,crouching and standing , distance or time for 1km walking were observed in three groups before and after treatments, A follow-up has been performed for more than 6 weeks. Results:The excellent rate of the treated group reached 80%, but that of the control groups was 42. 5%and55% .There were significant differenes (P<0.05) between the treated group and the control groups Conclusion The irrigating therapy of Erigeron injection plus TDP has the effect of improving symptoms and postponing the occurring of KOA ,It has exactly curative effect to KOA.更多还原
