【摘要】 目的探讨Pilon骨折治疗方法的选择。方法采用腓骨支撑内固定结合外固定器治疗的Pilon骨折患者11例并进行随访。结果参照Teeny等踝关节功能评分系统,优5例, 良3例,可2例,差1例。结论采用腓骨支撑内固定结合外固定器治疗的Ⅲ型Pilon骨折是一种可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatments for Pilon fracture. Methods 11 cases of Pilon fractures treated by peroneal sustaining combined with external fixation performed in our hospital were followed up. Results According to Teeny ankle function evaluation system, 5 case were excellent, 3 good, 2 fair and 1 poor. Conclusions It is a feasible treatment for type III Pilon fracture treated with peroneal sustaing combined with external fixation ,.更多还原
