注射用丹参(冻干)结合西药治疗消化道癌痛30例

【摘要】 目的:观察注射用丹参(冻干)结合西药治疗消化道癌痛的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例予注射用丹参(冻干)结合西药治疗,对照组30例予单纯西药治疗。观察止痛效果、生活质量及毒副反应。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86．7％、60．0％:止痛起效时间治疗组与对照组分别平均为(18．6±3．1)min、(29．3±2．5)min:止痛持续时间平均分别为(21．4±2．2)h、 (11．2±1．0)h(P<0．05);生活质量(KPS)评分比较(分):治疗组与对照组治疗前分别为39．1±6．3、37．6±6．8(P>0．05):治疗后分别为70．4±3．2、57．9±6．3(P<0．05)。毒副反应治疗组明显减轻,优于对照组。结论:注射用丹参(冻干)对胃肠道粘膜有直接保护作用,在治疗本病时具有活血化瘀功能,改善微循环,改变血液粘度,加快西药进入细胞内的速度, 达到增强消炎、止痛的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Danshen injection (cryochemic) combining western medicine on the pain of digestive cancer.Methods:60 patients was divided into two groups randomly and averagely:treating group of combining danshen injection(cryochemic) and western medicine;comparing group of only western medicine.Observe the effectiveness of ceasing pain ,the quality of live and the side-effect.Result:The total effective rates.the time of start-effect and ceasing pain, the quality of live and side-effect of treating group are better than comparing group’s.Conlusion:Danshen injection can directly prevent the mucosa of gastrointestinal tract,improve the microcirculation and viscosity and promote the western medicine into the cells so as to enhance the antiphlogistic effect and the effect of ceasing pain.更多还原
