【摘要】 本文以中医《脾胃论》和脾胃学说为指导,以西医现代检诊为依据,应用中医辨证、西医辨病、中西医辨质(体质、身心)而论治的中西医结合的诊断治疗的方法,即用西医诊断、中药治疗为主体,治疗胃癌癌前病变500例的临床疗效观察结果:对胃粘膜上皮异型增生病例,应用口服中药复方“保胃防癌胶囊”治疗50例,临床症状消减有效率为94．5％,胃镜检查异型增生消失率为65％,部分消失率为23％,无变化或加重者为12%。对萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生病例,应用口服中药复方“养胃延生丸”治疗214例,临床症状消减有效率为92．5％,胃镜检查有明显效果者为 56．1％,稳定者为37．4％,加重者为6．5％。对胃溃疡、糜烂性胃炎病例,应用口服中西药结合的“复方平胃消疡散”治疗236例:临床症状消减有效率为95．3％,胄镜检查炎症消退,溃疡糜烂愈合率为82．2％,部分愈合率为14．8％,无变化或加重者为3％。通过本组病例治疗结果看,取得显著疗效,是发挥了中西医各自优势,用三组系列中药方剂,治疗各自不同的胃癌癌前病变及其发生基础的癌前疾病,是符合胃癌发生发展规律性的。为预防阻断治疗胃癌癌前病变摸索出有效治疗途径,为今后进一步研究探讨提高疗效奠定了基础。本文最后提出,今后要以高标准、严要求、严谨的设计,科学的方法,严密的观察疗效标准, 继续为胃癌癌前病变这一专题的防治研究工作、为取得高效系列中药方剂的研制而努力奋斗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study make 《study of spleen and stomach》 as guiding,western medicine as base .The study use western medicine to diagnose,traditional medicine to treat The result of treat precancerosis of carcinoma of stomach in 500 examplesxapsule of preventing stomach and anti-cancer treat hyperplasia of gastric mucosa in 50 example,then the percentage of disappear of clinical symptoms is 94.5%,the percentage of disappear of hyperplasia by gastroscopy is 65%,part disappear is 23% no change or worse is 12%.Bill of Yang Wei Yang Sheng treat atrophic gastritis comparing with metaplasia of intestine in 214 example ,then the percentage of disappear of clinical symptoms is 92.5%,the result is 56.1 %,no change is 37.4%,worse is 6.5% . " Fu Fang Ping Wei Xiao Yang San " treat gastric ulcer erosive gastritis in 236 examples, the percentage of disappear of inflammation is 82.2%,part healing is 14.8%,no change or worse is 3% from the study using traditional Chinese medicine to treat precancerosis of carcinoma of stomach is corresponding to the law of carcinoma of stomach ,we must work for more effective traditional Chinese medicine .更多还原
