【摘要】 目的:探讨益智汤(YZS)的药效动力学过程。方法:本实验运用血清药理学的方法,以家兔脑Na~+K~+-ATP 酶活力为指标进行测定,.建立相应的时间-效应方程及剂量-效应方程,以此进行益智汤药效动力学参数估算。结果:益智汤不同时相含药血清及不同剂量含药血清对家兔脑Na~+K~+-ATP 酶活力均有一定的增强作用,其最低起效剂量为0.03g/kg,效应呈现半衰期为0.98h,效应消除半衰期为2.41h,药效作用期为5.03h,效应达峰时间为2.19h.。结论:益智汤具有起效剂量低,起效迅速、药效持久等特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investivate the pham acok inet parameters of Yizhi Soup (YZT).Methods This experiment accord the phar methord,the index effective is theNa K -ATPase and found the related fangcheng of time-effect and quantity-effect,soestimate the pham acok inet parameters of YZS.Result YZS can boost up the vigor ofNa K-ATPase and,it’s minimal effecting dose was 0.03g/kg,the present presenthalf-life,the elimination half-life,medicinal effext and the peak time of effectiveaction were 0.98h,2.41h,5.03h,and 2.19h.Conclusion YZT has the characteristicsof low effect quantity,fast effection and long effection.更多还原
