【摘要】 目的观察复方降脂素对实验性高脂血症动物的降血脂作用及其毒副作用。方法采用静注Triton WR-1339诱发小鼠高脂血症模型、喂饲高脂乳剂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,酶法测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量。结果与模型组比较复方降脂素各剂量组血清TC、TG 水平明显下降,具有统计学意义。结论复方降脂素对实验性高脂血症动物血脂水平有明显的调节作用,且毒副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the antihyperlipidemia effect of FufangJiangzhisu(FFJ) on experimental hyperlipidemia animals,and its poisonous effect.METHODS:The acute hyperlipidemia mice model was set up by tail vein injection ofTriton WR-1339.And the rats were fed with high fat diet.The content of totalcholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG) were all measured by the enzymatic method kitfor determination of total cholesterol in serum and enzymatic method kit fordetermination of triglyceride in serum.RESULTS:In the Fufang Jiangzhisu groups,thelevels of triglyceride and total cholesterol were remarkably reduced,and it wassignificantly different from that in the control group.CONCLUSION:FFJ showedsignificant blood lipid regulatlon effect on experimental animals,And it had littletoxicity.更多还原
