【摘要】 目的:研究复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎患者生命质量的影响和临床疗效。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床研究方法,分设复方龙星片治疗组和安慰剂对照组,观察患者治疗前后的临床表现和生命质量评分的变化。统计采用卡方检验、组间t检验和组內配对t检验。结果:复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎迁延期痰热证患者的总有效率为79.25%,明显优于对照组(P=0.001);对于主症咯痰和喘息具有明显的改善作用;可以明显提高患者的生命质量评分,其中在躯体感觉、心理功能、社会活动等维度上尤为明显。结论:复方龙星片对慢性支气管炎迁延期痰热证患者具有改善临床症状、提高生命质量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and Life Quality of chronic bronchitis patients in deferment period with phlegm-heat syndrome treated by Compound LongXing tablet(CLX tablet). Method: 100 patients in chronic bronchitis deferment period ,which were diagnosed in TCM phlegm-heat syndrome, randomized divided into two groups. One was treated group(53 subjects) with CLX tablet, the other control group (47 subjects) with placebo. All data were analyzed by T-test and Chi-squire. Result: To the treated group, the rate of clinical recovery is 7.55%, the remarkably effective rate 22.64%, effective rate 49.06% and ineffective rate 20.75%, with the total effective rate 79.25%. There are significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). The treated group show improving in the symptoms both pant and phlegm expectorating (P<0.05). The difference of QOL between two groups also display improving of treated group in collectivity, body sensation, mentality function and social activity while control group not in evidence. Conclusion: Compound LongXing tablet showed the significant effect on the clinic symptom and qualityof life of the chronic bronchitis patients.更多还原
