肺纤煎联合强的松对博莱霉素A₅致肺纤维化小鼠肺组织TNF-α、TNF-α mRNA达的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察肺纤煎联合强的松对博莱霉素致小鼠肺纤维化的干预作用及机制。方法:以腹腔注射博莱霉素A₅复制肺纤维化模型,将小鼠随机分组并给予不同药物治疗,从病理改变肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-αmRNA表达及蛋白分泌等不同方面,动态评价肺纤煎联合强的松对肺纤维化的治疗作用。结果:肺纤煎联合强的松治疗后肺泡炎、肺纤维化明显减轻;TNF-αmRNA表达及蛋白分泌和均有不同程度的降低。结论:肺纤煎联合强的松可通过调控TNF-αmRNA表达及蛋白分泌而减轻博莱霉素A₅致小鼠肺纤维化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects and mechanism of FeiXianJian with Prednisone in bleomycinA5(BLMA5)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Methods: We established the anmoral model of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin administered intraperitoneally, divided mices into different groups and gave different treats , evaluated it with the pathologic changes, the level of activity TNF-α and expression of messenger RNA for TNF-α to investigate the effect of FeiXianJian with prednisone dynamically. Results: The results indicated that the alveclitis and fibrosis alleviated significantly, the activity of TNF-α and expression of messenger RNA for TNF-α after FeiXianJian with Prednisone treatmeant. Concluson: We supposed FeiXianJian with Prednisone could regulate the activity of TNF-α and expression of messenger RNA for TNF-α so that it could alleviate the process of BLMA5-induced pulmonary in mice.更多还原
