髂臼三维记忆内固定系统的设计与临床应用

【摘要】 目的:探求治疗髋臼骨折新的技术与方法。方法:依髋臼的解剖特点与镍钛合金特性,研制髋臼三维记忆内固定系统:由前柱臼A;后柱臼B;弓齿C;粗隆D四组系列组成,临床应用髋臼骨折41例。结果:本系统不但能将复杂粉碎的髋臼稳定地聚合于解剖位,而且术中操作简便。41例髋臼骨折,随访6~28个月,38例术后1.6个月骨性愈合;2.5个月,伤侧髋关节功能达到健侧水平,异位骨化,关节失用1例;骨化性肌炎,功能障碍2例;感染并获得痊愈与功能无障碍1例。结论:髋臼三维记忆内固定系统为粉碎的髋臼医得解剖性重建,提供了一种新而有效的内固定技术与方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a new technique for aetabular fracture.Methods:Taking advantage of biomemorial effect of nitinol and anatomic character of acetabulum,a new internal fixation system for ac-etabular fracture was designed,named acetabular tridimensional system (ATM). It consists of anterior column device A,posterior column device B, arc teeth device tuberosity device C. 41 cases acetabular fractures had been treated by this system.Follow up tine was 6 to 28 months.Results:All the cases were reduced anatomically, and no displacement of fragments were found .Bone healing time averaged 1.6 months in 38 cases,and the hip function recovered time averaged 2.5 months. Heterotopic ossification which led to joint apraxia in one case, and myositis ossifieans which caused joint dysfunction in two cases. One case complieted infection which was cured and got good function.Conclusion:ATM provides a new and efficacious method for the anatomic reduction or reconstruction of comminuted acetabular fractures.
