严重急性呼吸综合征41例临床特征与中西医结合治疗

【摘要】 目的:观察严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的临床特征及中酉医结合治疗疗效。方法:在西医专家组制订的治疗方案基础上,根据患者全部症状、体征、舌苔、脉象所出现的频率进行辨证,在早期和中期以白虎加苍术汤加味或三仁汤加味,恢复期以清暑益气汤加味治疗。结果:41例患者中39例(95.24%)痊愈出院,1例(2.44%)恢复期,1例(2,44%)死亡。其中服用中药患者发热、憋气、胸闷等症状改善均明显好于单纯西药治疗者,同时胸片表明服用中药可促进炎症吸收,中药并可防止激素减量后的反跳。结论:中西医结合治疗SARS疗效较好,值得进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics and integrated TCM and WM treatment of 41 cases with SARS.Methods: The patients were differentiated according to the frequency of symptoms, signs, tough fur and pulse based on the treatment project made by experts group of western medicine. Baihu Decoction Plus Changzhu or modified Sanren Decoction were given at the early and middle stages and modified Qingshu Yiqi Decoction was given during the recovery stage.Result: Among 41 cases 39 cases was cured (95.24%), 1 at recovery stage (2.44%) and 1 dead (2.44%) .The symptoms fever, short breath and.the stuffy sensation in the chest were improved in the patients treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and superior to that of the patients only treated by western medicine.The X-ray of the chest showed that the Chinese drugs could help to absorb the infection and prevent the rebound phenomenon after the extenuation of the hormone.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of treating SARS by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is proud and worth researching further.更多还原
