中西医结合治疗传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)45例临床分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)的疗效及转归。方法:采用中西医结合治疗45例早期诊断的SARS病人,中医辨证施治以疏散风热、化湿解毒为治则,选用银翘散为主方加减用药;中药清开灵注射液、鱼腥草注射液静脉滴注,具有抗病毒、抑菌、消炎的作用:配合合理使用糖皮质激素(本组病例有4例使用了糖皮质激素)及对症治疗。结果:45例病人全部治愈出院,体温恢复正常时间平均为31.16天;肺部阴影完全吸收28例,平均时间为632±2.0天,肺部阴影明显吸收例数17例,平均时间9.06±3.83天;平均住院时间为10天。结论:我们认为中药治疗可阻断SARS的病理改变,有效治疗SARS。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine for severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) .Methods: Forty-five cases of SARS were treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic principles of Chinese medical treatment for SARS were dispelling wind and clearing away heat, resolving dampness and removing toxic material. Modified yinqiao Powder (Powder of Flos Loniceae and Fructus Forsythiae) was prescribed. Intravenous injection of Qingkailing Irlection and Yu vIIlectioll which have been proved to have anti-inflarnmatory and antipyretic effect, bacterliostasiE and anti-virus action, were also used.Additionally, glueocordedd (hr4cases in this report) waE given and symptomatic treatment was carried out if necessary.Results: All of the cases welE cured and discharged. The average defelvescence time was 3.16days; lung shadows were absorbed completely in 28cases, the average time being 632-2.06days; lung shadows were obviously in 17cases, the average time bei-hospitalization time was 10 days. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine is esective for SARS and can block the infectious progess of vims.更多还原
