【摘要】 <正> Objective To explore the relationship between co-stimulatory molecules CD28/B7,4-1BB and the immunopathy of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The expression of co-stimulatory molecules CD28,B7,4-1BB on the membrane surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in SLE patients and normal persons was detected by immunofluorescent lebeled technology and flow cytometry analysis. Results ?Compared with normal subjects, significantly decreased expression of CD28 and significantly increased expression of 4-IBB in SLE patients was detected(P<0.01); (2) The titer of ANA in peripheral blood and the total amount of 24-hour urine protein were closely related with expression of4-lBB,but not related with that of CD28 and B7. Conclusion Perhaps the expression of co-stimulatory molecules CD28,B7 and 4-1BB is of important effect on the pathogenesis of SLE. Of them,4-lBB maybe have extent significance on evaluating patients condition and prognosis.
