【摘要】 <正>Objective Research the immunosuppressive function of Xiaofeng capsule. Methods The authors used the ouse DTH model induced by DNCB to study the effects of Xiaofeng capsule on the levels of DTH and several important cytokines. Result The results showed that Xiaofeng capsule could inhibit DTH in mice induced by DNCB,also could decrease the levels of IL-2, IFN-γin serum of DTH mice, and inhibited its peritoneal macrophage producing TNF- α. Conclusion All these facts suggested that Xiaofeng capsule had function of suppressing the mice DTH induced by DNCB,its action mechanism could be by means of inhibiting production and/or secrtetion of the cytokines such as IL-2,IFN- γ,TNF- αand so on to suppress immunologic reaction.更多还原
