Ca2+对杨树扦插苗光合作用及相关生理指标的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了 Ca2+对杨树扦插苗光合作用及相关生理指标的影响,结果表明,杨树扦插苗生长的最适营养液 Ca2-浓度为0.1mmol/L。营养液中低浓度(0.01、0.1mmol/L)Ca2+对杨树净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量及根系活力均高于对照,其中以0.1mmol/L 培养的最高;Ca2+ 浓度达1mmol/L 时,杨树扦插苗的叶绿素含量、净光合速率和根系活力均开始下降,其中以叶绿素含量下降最为显著,低于对照;0、0.01、0.1、1mmol/L 四个 Ca2+浓度对杨树扦插苗的气孔导度(Gs)、胞间 CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响均呈现“低—高—低”趋势,在0.01mmol/L 时达最高值,1mmol/L 时最低;Ca2+浓度增加至10mmol/L 时,杨树扦插苗存活60d,50mmol/L 时仅能存活30d。

【Abstract】 Effects of Ca2+ on photosynthesis and related indexes of poplar cuttings were studied in this paper.The results showed that,the optimal Ca2+ concentration in nutrition for growth of poplar cuttings was 0.1mmol/L.Net photosynthetic rate(Pn),Chlorophyll content and root activity of poplar cuttings in low Ca2+ concentration(0.01、0.1mmol/L)were higher than contrast group. And the effects of 0.1 mmol/L were the most remarkable.Nevertheless,they began to decrease when Ca2+ concentration was up to 1mmol/L,and Chlorophyll content was decreased significantly lower than contrast group.The effects of 0,0.01,0.1 and lmmol/L Ca2+ concentration on stomata conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)of poplar cuttings presented low-high-low tendency,and which reached the highest value in Ca2+ concentration of 0.01mmol/L while the lowest value in Immol/L.when Ca2+concentration increased to 10mmol/L,poplar cuttings survived 60 days,but only 30 days survived in 50mmol/L
