【摘要】 目的研究桔梗皂苷D标准品的制备工艺。方法桔梗生药用70％甲醇超声波提取,浓缩后滤行大孔树脂NKA柱色谱,乙醇／水梯度洗脱,收集到的40％组分用硅胶柱色谱分离,以氯仿-甲醇系统梯度洗脱,收集含桔梗皂苷D的组分,最后经高效液相色谱制备纯化．结果 HPLC检测分析,采用面积归一法计算,桔梗皂苷 D纯度为98．8％。结论该工艺简单,收率高,可用于桔梗皂苷D标准品的制备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation artwork on standard preparation of platycodin-D Methods After raw material being extracted with 70% MeOH, the MeOH extracts were evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure and passed though the macroreticular resin of NKA. The 40% constituents were fractionated by column chromatograph using CHC13-MeOH as the eluent. The collected fractions containing platycodin-D were purified by HPLC. Results The purity of the platycodin-D quantitated by HPLC was 98.8%. Conclusions The developed preparation artwork is rapid and simple and can be used for preparing the standard preparation of platycodin-D.更多还原
