【摘要】 目的建立血康颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法,以控制其内在质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙睛-水(33:67 V／V)为流动相:蒸发光散射检测器检测;漂移管温度80℃;喷雾器温度48℃; 气体(psi):25;增益:100;恒温箱温度:30℃;理论塔板数按黄芪甲苷峰应不低于4000。结果通过方法学的系统考察和三批样品的含量测定,建立了该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含测方法。黄芪甲苷在2．44ug-14．64ug范围内峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=1．323X+13．233,相关系数r=1．000。测得三批样品的含量分别为0．227mg／g、0．232mg／g、和0．199mg／g,平均加样回收率100．2, 变异系数RSD为3．23。结论本法灵敏度高,重现性好,专属性强,是控制本品内在质量的较理想含测方法。更多还原
