GC-MS测定树脂法提取皱皮木瓜中有机酸的研究

【摘要】 报道了我国重要药用植物皱皮木瓜中有机酸的酸碱树脂法提取分离、甲酯化以及GC-MS分析结果。其中除含有常见的部分脂肪酸外,还含有较高含量的短碳2元及3元酸。结果表明树脂法能较好地分离木瓜中的有机酸, 木瓜中有机酸以苹果酸和柠檬酸为主。
【Abstract】 The results of the extracting-separating by acid-alkali resining,esterifying and GC-MS analyzing of the organic acids from Chaenomeles speciosa, a trueborn TCM in the middle of China were reported. Besides there were common fatty acids, even there were much more carbon-lowing binary acids and ternary acids. The results showed that the organic acids of Chaenomeles speciosa could be extracted preferably by rosining; the malic acid and citric acid were the major parts.
