【摘要】 目的初步探讨蜜远志的质量控制方法。方法以葡萄糖含量为指标,以 3,5-二硝基水杨酸为显色剂,在540(±1)mn处测其吸光度,测定炼蜜及不同用蜜量蜜远志中的葡萄糖含量。结果蜜炙品中葡萄糖含量随炮制时加蜜量的增加而依次增加,且二者存在良好的线性关系。结论采用DNS显色剂,比色法测定葡萄糖含量,方法简便易行;除了远志活性成分外,葡萄糖含量可作蜜远志饮片的质量控制指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quality control method of Honey Processed Radix Polygalae. Methods The content of glucose in Processed Honey and Honey Processed Radix Polygalae was determined using 3,5-dinitryl-salicylic acid reagent (DNS) .Results The content of glucose in Honey Processed Radix Polygalae increased with the increasing of honey used and there was a linearity relationship between the content of glucose and the honey used. Conclusion It is a simple and convenient method to determine the content of glucose in Honey Processed Radix Polygalae using DNS reagent and UV Spectrophotometry. The content of glucose can be a guideline to control the quality of Honey Processed Radix Polygalae except that of the active constituents in it.更多还原
