【摘要】 本文从中药洋金花中提取、分离并鉴定了12个化合物。其中,除Withanoside □,4,4’, 9, 9’-tetrahydroxyl-3, 3’-Dimethyoxyl-tetrahy drocycloligan, (+)-isolariciresinol,(+)-pinoresinol-O-β-D-diglucoside,(+)-pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucoside, (6S,9R)6-hydroxyl-3-oxo-α-iorlol,(6S,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucoside,(6R,9R)- 3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucoside]等7种已知化合物外,其余5个化合物为新化合物, 分别命名为洋金花苷D、E和F(Daturameteloside D,E,F),洋金花素F、G (Daturameteline F,G)。五个新化合物的化学结构分别被确定为50α,6α,7β,27-四羟基- (20R,22R)．1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯-27-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷,5α,6β,7α,27-四羟基-(20R、22R)-1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯-27-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷,5α,6β,7α,12β- 四羟基-(20R、22R)-1-酮-2醉茄-,24-二烯内酯-27-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷,50α,6β, 12β三羟基-27-O-甲基-21,24-环氧-(20S,22R,25S)1-酮-醉茄-2-烯内酯,5α, 6β,12β,27-四羟基-21,24-环氧-(20S,22R,25S)-1-酮-醉茄-2-烯内酯。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the course of our studies on chemical constituents in effective parts of treating psoriasis, 9 compounds were isolated. The structures of the 3 new compounds were identified as 5α, 6α, 7β, 27-tetrahydroxy - (20R, 22R) -1-oxo- witha-2, 24-dienolide-27-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, (5α,6β,7α,27-tetrahydroxy - ( 20R,22R ) -l-oxo-witha-2,24-dienolide -27-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and 5α , 6β, 7α , 12β-tetrahy-droxy- ( 20R , 22R ) -1-oxo-witha-2 , 24-dienolide -27-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside, 5α, 6β, 12β-trihydroxy-27- methoxy-21, 24-epoxy- (20S, 22R, 25 S) -1-oxowitha-2-enolide, 5α, 6β, 12β, 27-tetrahydroxy-21, 24-epoxy- (20S, 22R, 25S) -1-oxo-witha-2-enolide。更多还原
