【摘要】 目的研究植物药牛耳草(Boea hygrometrica(Bge．)R．Br.)的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从该植物乙醚部位、醋酸乙酯部位及正丁醇部位分离并鉴定了5个化合物的结构:对-羟基苯乙醇(Ⅰ)1’-O-β-D-(4-羟基苯乙基)-β-D-芹糖-(1→2’)．葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),5,4’-二羟基 -6,7-二甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖-黄酮醇(Ⅲ),2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ)和2-O-α-D-呋喃果糖基-α-D-葡萄糖(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the antivirus chemical constituents of Boea hygrometrica (Bge.) R.Br.. Methods The compounds were isolated with Diaion HP-20, Sephadex LH-20, Toyopearl HW-40, silica gel column chromatography and identified as p-hydroxyphenylethanol (Ⅰ) , 1’-O-β-D-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-β-D- apiofuranosyl-(1→2)-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ), 5,4’-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxy- 8-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavonol (Ⅲ) , methyl 2,4- dihydroxy- 3,6-dimethylbenzoate (Ⅳ) , 2-O-α-D-fructofuranosyl-α-D- glucopyranose (Ⅴ) . Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Boea hygrometrica (Bge.) R.Br. for the first time.更多还原
