合意苏铁羽片表皮及气孔器的发育

【摘要】 本文在光学显微镜下观察了合意苏铁羽片的表皮特征及气孔器的发育过程。结果表明:合意苏铁的气孔器发育为单唇型,副卫细胞从起源上属周源式,成熟气孔器为单环型。有早熟气孔器。下表皮细胞在羽片发育过程中变化不大,主要是细胞伸长和壁增厚的过程,但叶脉处的表皮细胞形状规则,纵向排列整齐,而气孔区的表皮细胞近成熟时形状不太规则,虽有纵向排列的趋势,但排列不整齐。羽片下部、中部和上部气孔密度高峰期分别在羽叶萌动后第9天(276.60No.mm-2)、第12天(541.67 No.mm-2)、第15天(416.67No.mm-2);成熟羽片各部位的气孔密度均稳定在50-60 NO.mm-2。叶表皮发育成熟的方式是向顶式的。

【Abstract】 The ontogeny of the pinna epidermis and stomatal apparatus of Encephalartos gratus was observed by light microscopy. The results show that the stomata are haplocheilic, the subsidiary cells are perigenous and the mature stomata are monocyclic. Premature stomata occurred on the young epidermis. The lower epidermal cell morphological changes are not great; they grow mainly in length and thicken the cell wall during the development of the pinna. The epidermis cells formed in the vein are more regular than that in the stomatal area. Although they all tend to be in longitudinal rows, the former are more ordered than the latter. The stomatal density peak time in the basal, central and apical region of pinnae is respectively the 9th day (276.60.mm-2), the 12th day (541.67 .mm-2) and the 15th day (416.67 mm-2) after the frond flush. However, the whole pinna stomatal density stabilized at the level of about 50 mm-2 after pinna maturation. The epidermis matures acropetaly in the studied species.
