浙江于贝母生药学评价及种群保护研究

【摘要】 目的:为了保护浙贝母系列中的珍贵种质资源,增强浙江道地药材的竞争优势。方法:1.对于贝母原植物特征、性状特征、显微特征、理化特征进行了探讨,提出于贝母四大鉴别要点。2.利用酸性染料比色法测定和比较于贝母和浙贝母的总生物碱;利用薄层扫描法测定并比较于贝母和浙贝母的贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量和贝母素甲和乙总含量。3.对于贝母进行鳞茎无性分切繁殖和种子有性繁殖研究,初探于贝母种群保护的途径和方法。结果:1.于贝母(Bulbus FritillariaeMonanthae)为百合科植物天目贝母Fritillaria monantha Migo.及其变种铜陵黄花贝母F.monantha var.tonglingensis S.C.Chen et S.F.Yin的地下鳞茎。原种资源濒于灭绝,变种也日渐稀少。2.于贝母鳞茎大小个体差异很大,形状常呈倒卵形或扁圆形,顶端开裂明显。3.于贝母表皮细胞垂周壁多波状弯曲。4.于贝母鳞茎中含有效成分浙贝母碱(贝母素甲)和去氢浙贝母碱(贝母素乙)及有药材鉴别意义的特征性成分图谱。5.于贝母鳞茎中总生物碱含量明显高于浙贝母。6.于贝母具有鳞茎无性分切繁殖和种子有性繁殖等多途径繁殖方式。结论:1.于贝母和浙贝母可通过原植物、性状、显微、理化特征的不同加以区别,并有明显的特征性成分可资应用。2.于贝母具有潜在的开发价值,有必要对其进行种群保护。3.于母贝鳞茎无性分切繁殖和种子有性繁殖研究的结果,为于贝母种群保护提供了途径和方法。
【Abstract】 Objectives: to protect Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae, one of the precious germplasm resources of Bulbus Fritillariae in Zhejiang province. Methods: 1. Investigate source, characteristics, microscopic, physical and chemical features of Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae, put forward identification way. 2. Determined and compared the contents of total alkaloids, peimine, peiminine, both peimine and peiminine by acidic dye colorimetry and TLC scanning. 3. Investigate the ways to protect population of Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae through the studies on vegetative propagation by bulbus-cut and sexual reproduction by seeds. Results: 1. Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae is Bulbus of Fritillariae monantha Migo. and F. monantha. var. tonglingensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin. Chinese name is yubeimu. The species is on the verge of extinction and the variety is little by little disappear too. 2. Great individual difference are found in size and weight. The shape is obovate or oblate spheroidal, and each has an obvious crack on the top. 3. The anticlinal wall of epidermic cell looks like waves. 4. Peimine and peiminine are discovered in Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae. 5. The contents of total alkaloids, peiminine, both peimine and peiminine in Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae is greatly higher than that in Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, but the contents of peimine is lower. 6. There are many ways for multiplication of Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae, just like vegetative propagation by bulbus-cut and sexual reproduction by seeds. Conclusions: 1. Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae can be identified from Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii by source, characteristic, microsccopic, physical and chemical features. 2. It is suggested that Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae have potential value of development and should be protected. 3. The result of the studies on vegetative propagation by bulbus-cut and sexual reproduction by seeds provides the ways to protect population of Bulbus Fritillariae Monanthae.
