【摘要】 信息记录是植物园的重要基本特征之一。理想的植物园记录系统应当是历史的、实时的,并且是和多种多样的需求相联系的。计算机化的记录系统效率高,并能促使植物园工作者更加积极地、有意识地按照优化的标准收集、保存、更新和利用数据。但是,非计算机因素在植物园记录系统中的作用也不容忽视:其中活植物收集及数据收集是基础,计算机与其他记录设备和载体是相辅相成的关系,通过制度和管理调动人的积极性并实现广泛参与是记录系统成功的保证。植物园记录系统将继续提高效率、更加方便实用、向更加适合用户需要的方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Documentation is one of the important and basic characters of any botanic gardens. An ideal botanic garden documentation system should be chronological, up-to-date and correlating to the diverse needs. Computerized documentation systems in botanic gardens are more efficient and effective, and can promote the enthusiasm and conscientiousness of the garden staff in collecting, maintaining, updating and utilizing the data in accordance with optimized standards. Meanwhile, non-computer factors in botanic garden documentation systems must not be ignored. Among those factors, the collection of living plants and their data is the basis, various data-recording equipments and media are indispensable for the role of computers to be played to a full extent, and enthusiasm and wide participation of the garden staff, which can be realized through proper regulation and management, will guarantee the success of the systems .In the future, botanic garden documentation systems will further increase their efficiency and effectiveness, become more versatile and user-friendly.更多还原
