【Abstract】 Objective : To establish a fingerprint and qualitative and quantitative methods about isoflavonoids in Trifolium Pratense L Method: HPLC. Result: The material herbs from different places have the same kinds of isoflavonoids, but the ratio of the main peaks are different. Conclusion: we can use the ratio of the main peak heights or areas to control the quantity of Trofolium Pratense L.更多还原
