【摘要】 目的:研究铁箍散[Schisandra propinqua（Wall.）Baill.]茎藤的化学成分。为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法:利用硅胶柱层析进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR, EI-MS, FAB-MS, HRMS, ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR, ¹H-¹HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果:分离鉴定7个化合物。SchisanterpeneA（Ⅰ）,β-谷甾醇（Ⅱ）,胡萝卜甙（Ⅲ）,琥珀酸（Ⅳ）,p-硝基乙基,苯酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（Ⅴ）,儿茶精（Ⅵ）,莽草酸（Ⅶ）和芦丁（Ⅷ）。结论:其中Ⅰ为新化合物,Ⅲ-Ⅷ系首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Study on the chemical constituents of the stems of Schisandra propinqua (Wall . ) Baill . in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of its effectivecomponents. METHODS: Compounds were isolated by CC with silica gel, whose structures were determined on basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Five components , schisanterpene A (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), succinic acid (Ⅳ), thalictoside (Ⅴ), catechin (Ⅵ) , shikinic acid(Ⅶ) and rutin(Ⅷ) were isolated from the stems of Schisandra propinqua (Wall. )Baill. CONCLUSION: Components Ⅰ was new and Ⅱ-Ⅴ were isolated from the plant for the first time.更多还原
