【摘要】 目的:开发利用中草药资源,促进中药现代化、标准化。方法:调研分析文献资料,进行相关试验,介绍乌索酸的资源分布、理化性质、提取分离和含量测定方法。结果:乌索酸分布广泛,资源丰富,其提取分离和含量测定方法成热。结论:乌索酸化学研究较为深入,许多含有乌索酸的中药制剂可通过测定乌索酸,建立其色谱指纹谱以鉴别其真伪,控制其质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop and utilize fte resiurce of Chinese herdal medicine, herdal medicine, to impriue modernization and standardization traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:investigation document meterials and Launching relevant experiments, introducing the resource distribution, physical and chemical properties of ursolic acid, and the methods of extraction, isolation and content detemination.Results:Ursolic acid distributed widely, has rich resources, Its methods of abstraction and separation are mature. Conclution:The chemical research on ursolic acid has increased, Many hardal preparation containing ursolic acid can be distinguished between true and false and controled its quality by examining ursolic acid and establishing its chromatographic fingerprint specturm.更多还原
