翅片换热器结构对冷凝式油气回收系统的影响
THE EFFECTS OF FIN-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER DESIGN ON CONDENSING OIL-GAS RECOVERY SYSTEMS

【摘要】 根据冷凝法油气回收系统的制冷特点,针对第三级冷负荷较大的情况,建议在第二级和第三级之间采取复迭式循环.针对翅片式换热器在油气回收中的应用,计算并讨论了换热器的结构特点。综合考虑换热设备的体积、热流密度等,油气进口流速存在最优值。翅片间距对换热器的结构影响较大.
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis for refrigerating characteristics of condensing oil-gas recovery system,the cascaded refrigeration cycle would be used for the second and the third refrigeration.The effects of heat exchanger structures on the condensation system are calculated and discussed.The analysis shows that the inlet velocity and the pipes numbers along with the flow direction share excellent design values when considering the device volume,heat flux etc,and the fin spacing sensitively effect on the characteristics of the heat exchanger.
