直接蒸发内融冰式冰蓄冷空调系统的蓄热特性

【摘要】 直接蒸发内融冰式冰蓄冷是一种小型化单元式冰蓄冷技术,通过夜间制冰蓄冷,白天融冰释冷,实现电力负荷的削峰平谷。在冬季,可以利用夜间低谷电力蓄热,蓄存的热量可以用于制热工况下的室外机定时除霜,也可直接用于向室内供热。通过对带有立式蓄冰槽的实验系统的蓄热模式运行和测试,获得了制热能力输出、COP 等系统动态参数的变化规律,以及蓄冰槽内的水温分布和综合传热特性。发现蓄冰槽内上下层水温差大,对蓄冰槽内的传热和蓄热能力都产生了重要的不利影响。

【Abstract】 Direct-evaporation internal melt ice-on-coil thermal storage system is a mini-type ice storage air- conditioner.It makes use of the electric power of off-pick hours to make ice and then discharges the cold to satisfy the cooling demands on on-pick hours,so the power loads are shifted from on-pick hours to off-pick hours.In winter,the system can also run as heat pump to store heat in off-pick hours,and the stored heat may be utilized to defrost,or directly discharged into room.By testing the experimental prototype with a stand-type thermal storage tank under heat storage mode,the characteristics of heating output,COP,temperature distribution and heat transfer in thermal storage tank,etc.were obtained.It was found that the vertical temperature difference in tank is very large and which badly influences the heat transfer and heat storing capacity of thermal storage tank.
