热压作用下穿过冷库门空气渗透率的理论计算和CFD预测
THEORETICAL STUDY AND CFD PREDICTIONS UNDER THERMAL PRESSURE OF INFILTRATION THROUGH COLD STORE ENTRANCES

【摘要】 介绍了热压是影响冷库大门处空气流动的主要原因之一。对穿过冷库大门空气渗透速率的几种经验公式进行分析和计算。建立了相应的热压作用下的数学模型,CFD 预测了冷库内冷风机不同吹风速度下,仅在热压作用下冷库大门处的气体流动、压力变化以及冷库内温度速度场的变化,并比较不同经验公式的计算值和 CFD 预测结果,Gosney,Fritzsche 和 Tamm 修正公式与 CFD 结果比较,偏差不超过19%。随着出风口速度的减小,中和面的位置逐渐下移,在速度为2m/s 的条件下约位于大门1/2处。
【Abstract】 Thermal pressure had effect on airflow through cold store.Infiltration through cold store entrances is calculated by empirical formulas.Mathematical model was built up.CFD predicted airflow,temperature and velocity distribution in a cold store.Variation in pressure of cold store entrances was also simulated.The calculated results shows good agreement with predicted values,the error is not more than 19%.The analytical model developed by Gosney,Fritzsche and Tamm modified provided the closest comparision with CFD predictions.The height of neutral level move below gradually along with the reduction of the fan velocity.Under the speed of 2m/s,the neutral level equates 1/2 height of cold store entrance.
