空气源热泵热水器的动态特性试验研究

【摘要】 由于热水温度和环境温度的影响,热泵热水器总是处于变工况运行状态,本文以热泵热水器的动态性能为对象进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在加热过程中,循环水与储水箱中的水混合较好,储水箱内水温度均匀升高,系统供热系数随循环水温度的升高而降低。放水过程中,储水箱内冷、热水分层较好, 当放水流量小于800L/h时,放水效率在80%以上。放水加热过程中,放水流量在400L/h~600L/h范围内变化时,对有效水量的影响较小,循环水量和温控点位置对有效水量的影响较大,当循环水量由550L/h 减小至300L/h以及温控点位置由高位降至低位时有效水量会有所增大。

【Abstract】 A heat pump water heater always operates in an unsteady state because of the effect of hot water temperature and environmental temperature. The paper presents the experimental research of the transient thermal behavior of a heat pump water heater. The experimental results showed that the recycled water mixes well with the water in the hot water reservoir when the heat pump operates, and the water temperature increase homogenously, while the COP of the heat pump water heater decrease gradually. The interface of the hot water and the cold water is obvious in the water-supplying process. The proportion of the hot water supply is more than 80% when the volume flow of hot water supply is less than 800L/h. When the heat pump is in the water supplying-heating process, the volume flow of hot water supply doesn’t affect the proportion of the hot water supply obviously when the volume flow of hot water supply is between 400L/h and 600L/h. The volume flow of the recycled water and the position of temperature sensor for thermostat affect the proportion of the hot water supply obviously. The proportion of the hot water supply increases when the volume flow of the recycled water decrease from 550L/h to 300L/h and the position of the temperature sensor was lower.
