在生产实习中加强对大学生的工程素质培养
The Training of Engineering Quality for Students Through Industrial Practice

【摘要】 就大学生参加生产实习及教师指导生产实习的教学环节,介绍了生产实习中的一些体会;就如何加强大学生工程素质的培养问题,提出了一些建议和作法．
【Abstract】 Experiences of industrial practice are introduced, with respect to the teaching process of students’ participation of, and teaching staff involvement of industrial practice. This paper has also given some suggestions on how to strengthen the engineering quality of students.
