提高动力工程专业工程硕士培养质量综合措施
Comprehensive Measures Aiming at Improving Training Quality of Engineering Master Program in Power Engineering

【摘要】 工程硕士教育在专业学位教育中发展较快、规模较大,但由于设置较晚,工程硕士教育仍存在不少值得探索的问题.针对动力工程专业工程硕士培养中面临的一些主要问题,从生源质量、课程设置、教学组织、课题遴选、论文评价、管理工作等方面研究对工程硕士培养质量的影响,提出相应的提高工程硕士培养质量的对策及方案.本课题的研究对其他专业工程硕士的培养同样起着借鉴和指导作用.
【Abstract】 Engineering master education is developing quickly, with however a number of issues remaining to be addressed because of its short history. To address a number of major problems faced in engineering master education, this paper proposes some comprehensive measures to improve the learning quality of engineering master education, covering intake quality, curriculum design, teaching and learning arrangement, dissertation proposal evaluation, dissertation examination as well as other related management work. These are useful to other engineering master education programes.
