优化研究生指导教师队伍,抓好学科建设

【摘要】 研究生导师队伍梯队建设对高等学校的学科建设极为重要．研究生指导教师队伍建设应选择合适的学科和学术带头人,构建合理的学术梯队,应协调发展各个学科,在扩大研究生导师队伍的同时,应加强青年教师的培养,保证研究生导师的质量．
【Abstract】 It is significant to build a strong team of graduate students’ supervisor in universities. To this end, suitable discipline leaders should be chosen, reasonable academic teams established and the development of individual discipline harmonized. While increasing the number of supervisors, emphasis should be placed on having younger supervisors.
