【Abstract】 Lyophilisation of mammalian cells is on focus of scientists.Most of the research concern lyoprotectants.In this paper,comparisons are made between the freeze-drying of ordinary solution and the freeze-drying of cell solution from the view of thermodynamics and heat and mass transfer.The differences during three main steps,freezing,primary drying and secondary drying,are analyzed.Some problems relevant to the lyophilisation of mammalian cells are mentioned.更多还原
