制冷系统变工况性能数值模拟与实验研究

【摘要】 本文采用分布参数的方法建立了制冷系统的数学模型,在建立冷凝器和蒸发器两相区模型时采用了分相流模型,并考虑了流型变化对制冷剂流动换热过程的影响。利用所建模型,计算分析了冷凝器进口空气温度、蒸发器进口空气温度等参数变化对系统性能的影响,在焓差实验室对一台风冷热泵空调器性能进行了实验研究,得出了冷凝器和蒸发器进口空气温度随冷凝压力、蒸发压力、过冷度和过热度的变化曲线。将理论计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析,结果证实了所建仿真模型是合理的。

【Abstract】 In this paper a mathematic model of the refrigeration system is presented with applying the distributed parameters method. In the models of condenser and evaporator, the flow patterns and its effects on the heat transfer coefficients of refrigerant side are considered. And the influence of inlet air temperature of condenser and evaporator on cycle system is analyzed in detail, and an experimental study has been conducted in the enthalpy difference test set-up. The lines of the inlet air temperature of condenser and evaporator changed with the condensation pressure, evaporation pressure, super cooling degree and superheating degree. The comparing of the calculation results with the experiment at the same state has verified the accurate of the model.
