新型蒸发器在小型无泵热水型溴化锂制冷机中的应用
A New Structure of Evaprator Applied in The Compact Pump-Free Hot Water Driving Lithium-Bromide Absorption Chiller

【摘要】 大型吸收式制冷机中的蒸发器多采用壳管式换热器,需要冷剂水泵,结构复杂且体积大,不适合在小冷量的场合下使用。该新型蒸发器无需冷剂水循环泵,采用丝网盘管结构,冷剂水通过淋板一次垂直降膜蒸发。从而使其结构简单、紧凑,加工方便,造价降低。更适合于小制冷量的制冷机。对其结构进行了介绍,对其运行参数进行了测试和分析,并对其性能进行了研究和讨论。
【Abstract】 The evaporator of large - scale absorption chiller almost uses shell - and - tube exchanger, and condensate circulation pump. Its structure is complicated, and its cubic content is very big. So it is not suitable for the small one. The condensate was sprayed directly through the non - pump spray to the coiled pipe, which covered with stainless still window screening, then evaporated by the falling- film mode, without condensate circulation pump. Accordingly, the structure was simplified. The cost of the chiller was reduced. It is more suitable for the small chiller. Studies on a new structure of evaporator were presented, and the performance of the evaporator was studied and discussed.
