新型混合替代制冷剂R125/R161的汽液相平衡

【摘要】 含R161的混合工质由于其具有良好的环境性能、热工性能、安全性等,使得他们有希望成为HCFCs的替代制冷剂。本文在研制了一套高精度测试混合工质汽液相平衡数据实验系统的基础上,对含R161的二元混合工质R125/R161进行了汽液相平衡数据测试,并应用PR+W模型对所测试的数据进行了关联,关联结果与实验数据具有良好的一致性。这为目前正在进行的混合工质替代研究,特别是为含R161的混合工质研究提供了急需的物性实验数据。
【Abstract】 As they are environmentally friendly, and excellent thermodynamic and safety performances, the mixture refrigerants with R161 can be considered as alternative refrigerants of HCFCs. A high accuracy experimental apparatus of vapor- liquid equilibrium is developed in this paper. The experimental data of binary mixture refrigerant R125 + R161 are obtained by the apparatus. Using PR equation of state, combined with the WS mixing rule and NRTL model, the vapor - liquid equilibrium data are correlated. The results reveal that they have a good agreement with the experiment results. The above works can supply the imperative experimental data for the alternative refrigerants, especially for the mixture refrigerants containing R161.
