新型R22替代制冷剂的研究

【摘要】 对新型环保制冷剂用于替代R22的可行性进行了研究。理论计算结果表明,该混合制冷剂是近共沸的,它除了具有优良的热物理性能外,工作压力、热力循环性能与R22相当,可以使用烷基苯或矿物类润滑油,现有R22空调器可直接注入新制冷剂使用;排气温度下降20℃左右,适用于高温环境下工作。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of a new type non - pollution substituting R22 is studied in this paper. The alternative refrigerant is near -azeotropic mixture. The result of theory calculation indicate that the altemative refrigerant has good thermo physical performance, its working pressure and thermodynamic cycle is next to R22 and it can use alkylbenzene and mineral oils as lubricant. The present air -condition using R22 as refrigerant can inject the new refrigerant directly and the temperature of discharge air is below 20℃, go it is applicable for using in hot environment.
