二甲醚作为汽车空调制冷剂与R134a的性能比较

【摘要】 对二甲醚(DME)用作汽车空调制冷剂的性能与现有汽车空调制冷剂R134a进行了对比。首先比较了新制冷剂二甲醚和现有汽车空调制冷剂R134a的基础热力性质,然后对DME和R134a的汽车空调标准工况和变工况下制冷循环性能进行了详细的理论计算及分析,结果表明,二甲醚完全适合作为新一代汽车空调制冷剂。

【Abstract】 The thermodynamic properties and the refrigeration performances of Dimethyl Ether (DME, CH3OCH3) and R134a , both used as a refrigerant for automobile air - conditioning were compared. The thermophysical properties of the new refrigerant DME and the original refrigerant R134a were compared firstly, and the perfoimances of automobile air-conditioning refrigeration cycle of standard operating condition and that of variable operating condition for DME and R134a were calculated and analyzed theoretically. The results show that DME is a suitable refrigerant for automobile air- conditioning.
