冷凝器冷却水侧污垢热阻的试验研究

【摘要】 对冷水机组冷凝器冷却水侧的污垢热阻的实验研究结果表明:含有微生物的冷却水的污垢热阻较大约为1×10-4 m2.℃/W.仅含有泥沙的冷却水,在流速0.5m/s时,有微粒污垢热阻产生,在流速为0.9-1.2m/s、泥沙浓度为0.3~2.0kg/m3范围内、没有微粒污垢热阻产生,且随流速增加,对流换热系数增大,夏季冷水组负荷大、冷却水温高,冷却水又易产生微生物及所形成的污垢热阻最大,因此冷却水侧污垢热阻的监测、控制和研究应针对含有微生物的冷却水进行。

【Abstract】 The experiment of fouling resistances of cooling water was carried out. The experimental results showed that the microorganism is main reason which cause the generating of the fouling resistances of cooling water. The fouling resistance of cooling water which contain the microorganism is about 1.0×10-4-2.0×10-4 m2.℃/2W. When the cooling water contain suspended material only and the velocity is 0.5 m/s, the fouling resistances is about 0.2×10-4 m2.℃/W. When the concentration of suspended material is 0.3-2.0kg/m3 and the velocity is 0.9-1.2 m/s, The fouling resistance doesn’t were generated, the convective heat transfer coefficient increase with the velocity of the water. In summer, the load of chiller unit reached it’s peak load and the temperature of cooling water is the highest, and microorganism in water breed easily and grow quickly, which inevitably result in fouling resistances of cooling water becoming maximum. So studying, monitoring and controlling of fouling resistances of the cooling water should focus on the cooling water containing microorganism.
