水源热泵机组的变工况优化设计

【摘要】 通过对影响水源热泵机组运行经济效益的制冷系数和制热系数的分析,从热经济学的角度提出对水源热泵机组的变工况进行优化设计,选取蒸发器和冷凝器换热面积作为优化变量,把蒸发器和冷凝器的年总费用最低为优化目标。同时,根据制冷系数和制热系数,分别对蒸发器和冷凝器的年总费用进行了分析,分别得到影响蒸发器和冷凝器年总费用的参数。最终获得水源热泵机组的变工况优化设计结果。该方法的提出对热泵机组部件的合理匹配和其他相关研究提供了参考价值。

【Abstract】 Optimization design under the thermal economics is deduced in this paper though the analysis of the refrigerating coefficient of performance (COP) and thermal coefficient in the water heat pump set , which influence its economic running. And the thermal exchange areas of vaporizer and condenser are selected for optimization variables, the lowest sum expenditures one year for optimization targets. In addition, the lowest sum expenditures one year are analyzed respectively basing on the refrigerating coefficient of performance (COP) and thermal coefficient. And the author obtained the parameters influencing COP and thermal coefficient. Finally, the optimization result of water source heat pump set under the variant working conditions can be received. The way is valuable for researching parts matching of the heat pump set and other interrelated researches.
