热泵用涡旋压缩机可靠性研究

【摘要】 涡旋压缩机以其具有高效率、转矩变化小、对制冷液滴(即液击)的容许度大、可靠性高,噪声低,重量轻和尺寸小等多项优点已经越来越广泛的应用于空调系统中。在空调系统运行在制冷工况时,涡旋压缩机表现出其自身的优点可以使空调系统高效可靠的运行。但当空调系统用在冬季的热泵工况时,涡旋压缩机的工作条件变差,从而影响涡旋压缩机以及空调系统的运行。本文分析了环境温度、电压、压缩机结构形式等对系统可靠性的影响。

【Abstract】 Scroll type of compressor has been used in heat pump and refrigeration system because of its compact size, high efficiency, low vibration and noise level, and excellent running reliably. In the refrigeration circle the scroll compressor runs smoothly and perfectly, while in the heat pump circle supplying heat in winter some troubles appear because the working condition of scroll compressor becomes worse. The different factors such as atmospheric condition, electric voltage fluctuation, structure of scroll compressor etc. that affect running reliability of heat pump system are discussed in this paper, while the thermodynamic behaviors in above study will be emphasized. Some basic design concepts for the reliability of scroll compressor using in heat pump system are pointed out.
