大功率氦气压缩机系统的研制
THE DESIGN AND STUDY OF A HIGH POWER HELIUM COMPRESSOR FOR 4.2K G-M REFRIGERATOR

【摘要】 为了配套我所的4.2 K双级大冷量G-M制冷机以及正在研发中的大冷量单级G-M制冷机,实现小型低温制冷机的全国产化,我们进行了大功率氦气压缩机的研制。经过几年的努力,目前研制工作已取得了很大的进展,主要技术问题基本得到解决, 样机有望在年底推出。目前实验台使用经过改进的氟利昂压缩机,达到了2.4MPa以上的排气压力和0.5MPa的吸气压力,排气量也达到了100Nm3/hr以上,可以满足大冷量制冷机的使用要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the possibility and the performance of a helium compressor modified from a conventional Freon compressor will be investigated.In the experiments, the most important problem to be solved is how to reduce the ultimate temperature of the compressed helium gas. Due to the very different properties between Freon and helium gas, under a pressure ratio of 5 (from the suction side of 4 bar to the exhaust side about 20 bar), the working condition of the compressor will be so inclement that the reliability gets worse and its working life will be seriously shorten if the cooling method is not improved, especially to high input power compressor for 4.2K G-M refrigerator.In order to solve this problem, we use a oil pump to make an oil injecting system. The lubricant oil is injected into the low pressure chamber of the compressor, and some of the fully-atomized oil is sucked into the cylinders to cool the helium gas, called inner cooling. The atomized lubricant oil can be removed by a high performance filter from helium gas so that the pure helium gas can be met our demands. Results of the experiment show that this method is feasible.
