风冷热泵冷热水机组的逆循环除霜性能

【摘要】 本文针对风冷热泵冷热水机组的逆循环除霜进行了实验研究,得到了除霜时系统参数随时间的变化规律。研究发现在启动阶段吸气压力很低,延长了除霜时间;在恢复阶段由于板式换热器的内容积较小和制冷剂的流量较大,导致高压压力突然剧烈上升,可能造成高压保护停机:在融霜阶段,板式换热器的换热系数和温差很大,压缩机吸气一直处于高过热度状态。

【Abstract】 This paper presents an experimental investigation of refrigeration system dynamics during the reverse-cycle defrost of an air-source heat pump chiller. Dynamic data of parameters, such as the compressor suction/discharge pressures, inlet and outlet water temperature, refrigerant superheat at compressor suction and sub-cooling exiting the coil, and so on, were compared during the test. During the defrost initiation, the compressor reduced the suction pressure was reduced low enough to vaporize the liquid refrigerant in the accumulator, which resulted in lower refrigerant flow that delayed the defrost time. And because of small volume and more refrigerant flow during at the defrost time, the discharge pressure suddenly increased to 1943 kPa. But such a process doesn’t happen to the room air conditioner given by D.L.O’Neal(1989).
